Camp uses Microsoft Access and Blackbaud. Both are located on the in-house camp server.
Access is used to create individual databases for storage of data for campers, staff (return and new), swimming lessons, Rising Star Sports, Aftercamp, and prospective families. Our largest database for Day Campers contains approximately 55-60 fields of data.
Blackbaud/Student Billing is a database for every child in Day Camp, Aftercamp, the Swim Lesson Program, and the Rising Star Sports program. Data such as family information and billing information is recorded and tracked.
